The perfect weeknight spaghetti: Italian sausage makes an easy and delicious meat sauce!
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Add olive oil to large skillet.
Slice casing from Italian sausages and add ground meat to skillet.
Brown ground meat over medium heat, breaking up the pieces as they cook.
Add jar of sauce to skillet. Turn down heat. Simmer for 5-10 mins.
Serve sauce on top of spaghetti. Add parmesan, fresh herbs, or additional salt and pepper as garnishes to taste.
